Firstly, through Go Girl we were able to help over 2000 women get into their best shape with our 6 week body transformation programs.
It was an incredible year for results at GG. So many women took the journey not only completely change their bodies but, more importantly, change their lives in the process.

There’s something to be said of having a plan, a coach and a team to help you get to where you want to be.
While I am proud of what we’ve created at GG, I don’t want you to think I’m showing off in any way.
I really feel with, all of my being, that taking on the challenge of transforming your body is very much a path that leads to enlightenment.
Your confidence goes up.
You start thinking more positively.
You start attracting better quality people in your life and…
You become a more enhanced version of yourself.
it’s inevitable to happen when you start working out and eating in a way that supports a great body and great health.
So with that being said..
I want to help you get your year started off right with a very simple exercise.
It’s something I did to help me get clear about the past year and take the lessons I learned to create an amazing 2017.
Too many people talk a big game and say they want all these things to happen in the new year but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS for them.
They are the ones who say that they wish they did this or that but end up on their couches every day.
But not us.
We choose to be a part of the small percentage of people who will point their new year in the direction we want to. Right?
I’m gonna pretend you just nodded your head.
If you want to get your 2017 started off STRONG then do this visioning exercise.
This exercise will get you crystal clear on what you want in 2017 with the plan and motivation to achieve it.
I want you to answer the below 6 questions in as much detail as possible.
It would be preferably done with pen and paper but if you want to type it out that’s totally cool too.
If you do it right, this exercise will take about 25 minutes or more and the payoff will be MASSIVE in creating your ultimate vision for 2017.
So are you ready to make 2017 your best year ever?
Let’s get after it.
Your 2017 New Year New You Visioning Exercise
1. Review your last year. What were the highs and what were the lows?
Get specific and list these out. Write out whatever comes to mind and circle the accomplishments and put a star beside the “lowlights” of 2017.
2. When recounting the lows of last year what are the BIG lessons your learned from them that you can take with you to 2017?
IMPORTANT NOTE: Take this question from a mindset of EXTREME Ownership. What if you had a hand in the lows you experienced last year? Not blaming anyone or anything what are the big lessons you could have gained from your lows.
And be radically honest here. We don’t get better from our wins. We get better from the things that didn’t quite workout the way you wanted to.
3. Where are you at presently?
Since this is a body transformation newsletter you can start with your physical health, emotional health, mental health and spiritual health.
I would also write about your relationships (social, family, and partner) in there as well.
4. What would you like to accomplish in 2017?
Write this out in the present tense.
Example: If it’s a weight loss goal then write out, “I will weigh X pounds”.
Whatever it is write it out as if it was already accomplished.
5. Write out 10 or more reasons why you want to accomplish this goal.
Everything you accomplish starts with a WHY.
You gotta have enough reasons to accomplish an important goal or any old excuse can take you off the path.
Get as deep as you can here.
You’ll find out that after the 5th reason your brain will go into the deep inner reasons why you want to make it happen.
6. Write out an actionable plan to make your goal a reality.
It’s not enough to know about what goals you want to hit. What separates people who hit their goals from the ones who don’t is ACTION.
Make a plan towards your goal achievement. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Heck, you may be doing it already.
In any case, make a plan and TAKE ACTION.
If there were any phrase I would take into 2017 it’s TAKE ACTION.
The more you push forward and do the things you feel will help you get to your goal the better the chances of you hitting that goal.
Also, even if you take action and don’t necessarily hit the target you set for yourself I guarantee you that you’ll feel better about yourself for, at the very least, giving the effort needed to accomplish your vision.
Remember that “Vision without action is just a dream”
So make a plan and TAKE ACTION.
Wrapping This Up…
Alright, you got the Visioning Exercise for 2017 now what are you going to do with it?
Find yourself a quiet place to get this done.
Find some music that allows you to relax while you do this.
Give yourself ample time to get it done.
As for myself…
I’m dedicated more than ever to expand my reach and exponentially help more people in 2017.
There’s a magic to what we do at our humble body transformation centre.
People are asking me to expand and franchise the gym because our system works so amazingly well.
Also, and most importantly, we provide a safe supportive environment for women to transform their bodies.
But opening up a new location just doesn’t spark any interest in me one bit.
What does get me excited is doing what we do so well but in a more virtual context.
I find that information products can only do so much in helping you change your body and life.
I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of online information products only for them to be gaining cyber-dust in my drive folder never to be used again.
Maybe this has happened to you?
So I want to share something with you.
I set my intention to confidently say that our body transformation programs positively affected the bodies and lives of 10,000 women or better in 2017.
And it starts with doing our 6 week body transformation programs virtually for everyone to experience the magic our girls experience.
First one to launch is going to be late January/Early February so stay tuned for that.
I’ve set my vision, made my plan and now it’s time to TAKE ACTION.
And I can’t wait to bring you along on this journey with us.
